The role

As a SEO Executive your responsibilities will include:

· Use programming language to ensure the site is easy to access and use for visitors

· Develop and implement SEO strategies

· Ensure websites are kept up to date with the most recent developments in Search Engine Marketing (SEM)

· Monitor and report on significant Google algorithmic changes

· Continually checking rankings and analytics to monitor the performance of websites

· Keep up to date with the algorithm changes set by search engines, particularly Google, to ensure the websites don’t suffer dramatic falls in traffic

· Carry out detailed keyword research and reporting

· Conduct regular analysis of SEO competitors

· Create high quality, informative SEO content

This role is based in our Melbourne office.

What you will need to succeed

· Minimum 1-2 years’ experience within a Digital Marketing or SEO Executive role.

· High-quality reporting, copywriting, and analytic skills

· A desire to understand what drives Google’s algorithms

· Experience in HTML coding, PHP, and JavaScript

· Knowledge of social media platforms and how to use them effectively

· Passionate about and genuinely interested in following Search Engine Optimisation trends

· Excellent attention to detail especially while working with high work volumes and tight deadlines

 

Bonus skills:

· An understanding of web marketing analysis tools such as SEMrush

· Experience working with WordPress

· Conversion optimisation

· Graphic design skills

· Student communication: ensure a timely and accurate response to students via phone, email and web chat.

· Enrolment: process enrolments while ensuring a very high level of data accuracy and completion

· CRM Management: ensuring all data input into CRM follows Right First-Time policy

· Outbound calls: commit to outbound phone calls to generate enrolments

· Assistance: ensure the students you enrol are registered for the course best suited to their needs and goals

· Key Performance Indicator’s: ensuring KPIs are met

 

What you’ll need to succeed:

· Proven experience in sales especially with meeting KPIs

· Proven track record in converting leads to sales

· Have an energetic, resilient and positive attitude

· A drive to help our students into a course that will assist their career goals

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to work under pressure

The role

As an Accounting & Bookkeeping tutor your responsibilities will include:

· Marking student assessments.

· Offering personalised phone and email assistance as well as responding to student queries in a positive and encouraging manner.

· Engage with the business in implementing and improving in-house systems and processes.

· Undertaking regular ad-hoc projects such as reviewing new course content and other special interest projects.

 

What you’ll need to succeed

· This role is suited to someone who has just graduated out of University or has worked within an accounting/bookkeeping role for 1 -2 years.

· Proficient in MS Office Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

· Proficient in MYOB and/or Xero.

· A passion to assist others and to grow your skillset.

· Excellent written and spoken English.

· The ability to work collaboratively and constructively with colleagues.
