The role:

As a Sales Advisor your responsibilities will include:

· Student communication: ensure a timely and accurate response to students via phone, email and web chat.

· Enrolment: process enrolments while ensuring a very high level of data accuracy and completion

· CRM Management: ensuring all data input into CRM follows Right First-Time policy

· Outbound calls: commit to outbound phone calls to generate enrolments

· Assistance: ensure the students you enrol are registered for the course best suited to their needs and goals

The role

As a Digital Marketing Specialist your responsibilities will include:

· Social media management including managing all social media accounts such as Facebook & LinkedIn.

· Website content including applying copywriting, writing web content, headlines and PPC ad copies.

· Action Google Ads changes/requests within a 48-hour turnaround (or within the agreed timelines)

· Maintain tracking of all forms through Analytics and Google Tag Manager

· Action ad-hoc requests within agreed timelines

What you will need to succeed

· Minimum 2-3 years’ experience within a Digital Marketing role

· Deep understanding of Facebook Ads & Optimization

· Excellent copy writing skills: the ability to write compelling, SEO-friendly web content, eye catching headlines and great PPC ad copy

· Google Tag Manager & goal tracking skills

· Experience in Google Marketing tools including Ads, analytics and optimize

The role:

This multifaceted role focuses on two key areas of the organisation including the admissions and feedback management. As an Enrolments & Feedback Coordinator your responsibilities will include:

· Enrolment processing including internal and external enrolments, CRM documentation, identifying lapses in orders and answering any question relating to the enrolment process

· Process improvement including troubleshooting gaps within processes and coordinating their resolution

· Compliance processes ensuring that all enrolments are aligned with company policy

· Feedback management including monitoring our marketing feedback channels such as Google and Trustpilot following up with students who provide low feedback ratings to determine how we can improve our services.

· Feedback coordination including interacting with key business units to assist students with feedback being provided to the organisation.

· Achieving KPIs set out on an individual and team basis

 

What you will need to succeed

· Minimum 1-2 years’ experience within a customer service

· Strong experience in a fast-paced environment

· Ability to multitask and work to tight deadlines while still maintaining a high level of detail

· Customer centric with the students being the priority of all tasks

The role:

As an IT Support Engineer your responsibilities will include:

· Looking after the day-to-day business level 1 IT support through installing, configuring, and maintaining essential IT operations including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware

· Providing our students with basic IT support when called upon including dealing with basic inbound and outbound enquiries

· Tracking and managing work records.

· Compiling job reports for weekly and monthly reporting.

· Helping implement new projects including system and network administration, documentation, and testing processes

· Working with the rest of the IT team including the Global IT Manager to execute large projects

· Achieving targeted KPIs set by TCA and the Global IT Manager

· Overall management of the Student Services team including running weekly team meetings, monitoring team workload, monitoring team KPIs and addressing performance related issues with team members

· Provide support to all Student Services team members in NZ, AU and UK.

· Assisting students through inbound and outbound contact, motivating new students as well as troubleshooting enquiries of existing students ensuring all information is updated via Zendesk & CRM.

· Contacting at risk students to encourage them to continue through their study journey.

· Completing weekly and monthly reports as required.

· Completing regular moderations on team members.

· Measuring, analysing, and reporting on relevant metrics

to ensure continuous improvement of systems and processes, as well as reviewing student feedback to identify areas of development

· Coaching team members to enhance their performance and deliver an outstanding online experience

· Attending regular catch ups with the Global Learning & Support Manager to discuss progress, issues, KPIs and any other areas of discussion.
